We built and owned a few Hotels and few Bed and Breakfasts , part of that venture I also built a hotel division for my partner’s existing Design Build Construction Company .
I continue to work on new hotel deals and especially enjoy working as an adviser to “first time” hotel developers. I am also a HRD Graduate Gemologist . Specialties:I specialize in market and site selection, site acquisitions, negotiating, branding, and project management. I have had extensive experience working with NNN single tenants . The tenants are fortune 100 companies. Languages : English , partially Japanese , Korean , Italian , Spanish , Arabic and 8 Indian Regional Languages
